Please read the provided Terms of Service inside the Affiliate Portal carefully. Your requirements are subject to the country and / or state in which you reside. However, you must report this income. It is generally expected that if you earn commission over $600 (across all self-employment income streams) that you will receive a W-9/1099 form. This form will be provided within the Affiliate Portal.
